Brokerage Services: We represent landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers and specialize in Industrial, Office, Retail, Land, and Investment properties. We employ the largest number of SIORs (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) and CCIMs (Certified Commercial Investment Members) and CLSs (Certified Leasing Specialists) in the state. We have a full marketing and research staff and are able to provide our clients extensive market knowledge including vacancy, comparables, and absorption trends.
Property Management Services: Thornton Oliver Keller, AMO® is an Accredited Management Organization managing commercial property including office, industrial, retail properties. We provide property maintenance, budgeting and financial reporting through managers who have either achieved their CPM designation (Certified Property Managers) or are candidates for the designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). We also provide a 24/7 maintenance team and a project management team.
Auction Services: We are able to provide creative marketing solutions for properties in any situation. Auction Services provide a viable alternative to traditional marketing and can be a fresh approach that exposes the property to a large number of pre-qualified prospects and quickly disposes of a property. We have partnered with Larry Downs and Downs Auction to provide this service to our clients. Downs Auction has operated in this community sinice 1979 and is very well respected.
